Born of an antique passion, Pastificio Graziano is based in Manocalzati, an Irpinian town in the shadow of Monti Picentini, an uncontaminated natural territory.
The passion for the territory and its food culture is expressed in a genuine pasta, because it is produced with 100% Italian ingredients: durum wheat semolina from Altamura, water from Irpinia’s springs and Neapolitan pasta-making knowledge. In fact, the pasta factory produces high quality dry pasta exclusively in special and typical regional formats using local raw materials.
This is the secret of the unique flavour of his pasta.

The rediscovery of flavour
Fusillo Avellinese is a typical shape from the gastronomic tradition of Irpinia, rediscovered by Pastificio Graziano and restored to its typical characteristics.
This speciality is the flagship of Pastificio Graziano and is produced in the Fusillo Corto and Fusillo Lungo variants, strictly with a slow drying process and with the traditional bronze die or in the innovative version with platinum die and silver die.
